ABOUT FIOZATO

Evoking the Italian artisanal tradition, Fiozato means "Mistress of Lines" or "She who works with lines." "Fio" comes from "filo" (Italian for thread/line), while "Zato" is a stylized adaptation. We are dedicated to creating a lifestyle and a way to express yourself through fashion.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 2 to 5 calendar days after payment.
Standard Shipping Times:
- United States: 4-7 calendar days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 calendar days
- Europe (EU): 5-9 calendar days
- Canada: 6-10 calendar days
- Australia & NZ: 4-8 calendar days

We offer flat rates depending on your region (approx. $7.00 USD / £7.00 GBP / €7.00 EUR). We also offer Free Shipping on orders above certain thresholds (e.g., Over $35 USD for US, over £25 GBP for UK).

We offer a 24-hour window after purchase for cancellation or address/product change requests. After this period, the order will be in the logistics process and cannot be changed. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.

While we strive to avoid extra costs, international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes depending on the destination country's legislation. These fees, if applied, are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customer Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered): The customer pays for shipping.
Defective / Error (e.g., damaged in transit, wrong item received): Fiozato covers the cost (Free).

Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
