Refund & Return Policy

At Fiozato, we want you to love your purchase. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, whether due to fit, feel, or style, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for any item.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or use may result in the return being rejected.

Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, please check below who is responsible for the shipping costs in each scenario:

European Union & UK Customers: Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will refund the cost of the standard initial delivery (if applicable) in accordance with local regulations.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fiozatoglobal.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to process and post the transaction.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance with an exchange, contact support@fiozatoglobal.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at our expense.

Important Note
Fiozato reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. Items sent to any address other than the one provided by our support team will not be accepted.
